CHECK INS

Check-ins are completed via email and reviewed by Katarina and her team of TCMs. Ensure you're on track by taking pictures of your meals to upload at your check-in. This will guarantee that your are following the program properly for optimal results.

The food you eat is one of the most important aspects of the reset. Eating the proper foods will be critical in repairing your gut and allow for your body to properly absorb the homeopathic remedies.
