CAN YOU DO A RESET IF YOU TAKE DAILY MEDICATION?

Yes! You must work with your primary care physician around dosing, the healthier your gut - the more you will absorb your medication, dosing should be monitored. If you are taking an antidepressant, it may become stronger and would need to be monitored or lowered with your Doctor.

IS THE RESET HARD?

IS THERE FLEXIBILITY TO THE FOODS IN THE PROGRAM OR IS IT PRETY RESTRICTED?

Totally depends on where you're starting from!

If you're currently eating McDonalds & the standard American diet - going gluten & dairy free will be enough.

If you're trying to lose weight that won't seem to come off, gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time, or have a skin issue: following the diet to a T is important for redox purposes.

For fastest & best results, you need to follow all of the guidelines.

CAN I JUST GET A PARASITE CLEANSE OR PARASITE KILLER HERBS?

This strips the biome of good bacteria and can add stress to the liver/blood. Most traditional parasite cleanses cause estrogen to raise and weight gain.

The issue is not the parasites, parasites are a by product of an unhealthy terrain.

A great analogy is a leaky dumpster attracting rats and flies.

To remove the rats and flies, would you simple kill them or take them away? No, because they would come back the next day. Youd clean the environment so they wouldnt want to come back.
