Katarina's journey has been shaped by a lifelong struggle to feel at home in her own body. Diagnosed with Celiac disease at 19, she quickly realized that simply avoiding gluten wasn’t the full answer to her health challenges.

Frustrated with the limitations of conventional medical advice, Katarina knew there had to be more to healing than just medication. This sparked a deeper exploration into what truly fosters vitality—what allows others to feel energized, balanced, and at peace in their bodies. Her journey led her to study trauma, the nervous system, and their profound connection to gut health.

Having faced her own battles with binge eating, anxiety, and weight management, Katarina’s path to healing has been deeply personal. She has navigated many versions of herself and, through these experiences, became the person you see today. Katarina speaks not only from extensive education but from lived experience. She earned her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and pursued advanced postgraduate education in Fertility.

Katarina has chosen not to be defined by her past struggles. Instead, she transformed them into stepping stones for personal growth, using her story to light the way for others. Through perseverance and a commitment to uncovering the true nature of healing, she now embodies the peace, balance, and fulfillment she worked so hard to achieve.

With over a decade of direct patient experience, Katarina has developed a keen ability to discern which approaches truly work in practice, informed by real-world outcomes. Her career spans a diverse range of environments, including public clinics, guest speaking at conferences and podcasts, working in rehab centers, supporting children with developmental disabilities, collaborating with naturopathic clinics, and teaching alternative medicine at colleges.

Her experience working with nutraceutical companies during her nutrition years allowed her to delve deeply into the science behind supplements and nutraceuticals, enriching her understanding and expertise.

Katarina’s combination of hands-on patient care, medical intuition, and continuous education within her field has made her an internationally recognized expert.
