Glow Beauty Program Terms of Use

Effective as of May 1, 2025.Welcome to The Gut Lab Inc. (operating as Glow Beauty, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). Please review these Terms of Use carefully before enrolling in any of our programs. By purchasing and/or participating in any Glow Reset program (the “Program”), you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Commitment

1.1 By enrolling, you understand that the Program has a fixed duration (typically 6–8 weeks). Support is provided only within this period, and missed time cannot be extended, credited, or refunded.1.2 You agree to engage fully in the Program and to adhere to all guidance, protocols, and recommendations provided.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Full payment is required before the Program begins and before any products, materials, or services (including manuals, formulations, or calls) are delivered.2.2 Once the Program has commenced or any component has been accessed or shipped, all sales are final. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of:

Illness (Client or family)Travel or emergenciesDissatisfaction with the ProgramInability or unwillingness to consume any provided formulations

2.3 We are unable to accommodate refunds, credits, or extensions due to personal circumstances, preferences, or reactions to products.

3. Individual Results & Program Expectations

3.1 You acknowledge that health outcomes vary and are dependent on multiple factors, including personal history, lifestyle, and level of commitment. No results are guaranteed.3.2 Participants with chronic or long-standing conditions (e.g., hormonal imbalance, yin deficiency, thyroid concerns) understand that full resolution may require multiple resets or long-term support. One cycle may not be sufficient.3.3 Your experience will be influenced by how actively you engage in the Program, including stress management and lifestyle adjustments.

4. Conduct & Community Standards

4.1 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Harassment, bullying, or aggressive behaviorGossip, slander, or defamation (including on social media)

Violation will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.4.2 You agree not to reproduce, share, or disclose any proprietary methods or Program content without written permission.4.3 All concerns must be communicated respectfully and directly to Glow Beauty staff.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All Program materials—manuals, guides, audio/video content, proprietary formulations, and methods—are the exclusive property of Glow Beauty.5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.5.3 Unauthorized use of content is a material breach and may result in legal action, in addition to immediate program removal without refund.

6. Medical Disclaimer

6.1 All information provided through the Program (including emails, website, check-ins, and social media) is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.6.2 You are advised to consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen.6.3 Glow Beauty does not diagnose, treat, or offer medical care. Our offerings are not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Glow Beauty, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for:

Personal injury or illnessLosses or damagesAdverse reactions or dissatisfaction with the Program or products

7.2 You agree to use the Program at your own risk and acknowledge that no outcomes are promised or guaranteed.7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Beauty against any claims or damages related to your participation.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be handled first through good faith discussion. If unresolved, both parties agree to pursue mediation in Vancouver, BC through the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre. Mediation costs will be shared equally.

9. Health Waiver & Expectations

If you have a history of chronic or complex health issues, please understand:

Results will vary.The Program is not intended to cure or reverse years of chronic illness in a short timeframe.Outcomes depend on your adherence to the guidance and engagement with the lifestyle shifts recommended.

You acknowledge that:

Multiple resets may be required for sustained change.Your body’s response is unique and not predictable.Full participation, including nervous system and stress support, directly impacts your experience.

10. General Terms

Modification: These terms may only be modified in writing with consent from both parties.Entire Agreement: These Terms replace all previous discussions or agreements.Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia.Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.Waiver: Any waiver of rights must be explicit and in writing.
